Healthnoise tries to solve a lot of problems that exist today. Patients want information from a limited supply of verified and knowledgable health care providers. At the same time, health care providers are seeking to gain a footing in the Internet age.
Bringing Health Care Providers Online
Health care lags way behind when it comes to the Internet. Providers are busy with their practices and don't see value in spending time online fulfilling patients' needs. By creating a reputation system to measure providers, an incentive is in place for interaction between providers and patients.

I have been interested in technology and medicine for as long as I can remember. After graduating from University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Economics, I began to pursue a career in medicine. I attended State University of New York Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. I had the opportunity to serve an amazing community that helped me learn, but also revealed the weaknesses of our health care system. I am currently pursuing an Emergency Medicine residency at Cooper University Hospital. With what free time I have, I work to seek solutions to connect patients and providers. That is my goal with Healthnoise.
