No gallbladder but still gallbladder attack symptoms. Persistent diarrhea that is greasy and mususy. Lots of other new symptoms too. I can't have ANY beef or pork products or I will pay for days.

I would talk to your doctor. It sounds like it could be pancreatitis. Even without a gallbladder, patients can have retained stones that continue to be problematic. They may want to do an ultrasound, bloodwork, and possibly other procedures to continue to work it up. Of course there are lots of causes for diarrhea and abdominal pain, so I would leave it to your doctor to guide the management. ERDoc Oct 7, 2013
